Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Mix the wet ingredients, in a large bowl mix, eggs, sugars, butter, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Add in dry ingredients. Stir in baking soda, flour, and oatmeal until well combined
- Fold in the mix ins. Gently mix in the mini M&Ms and coconut until evenly distributed.
